Lake Pointe Apartments

We lived here for such a long time. It was quiet and peaceful at times. Very beautiful, I loved the trees and always had great neighbors. The scenery was my favorite especially during fall or spring. Also, having access to the back trail near the dam was great. The cons I had were constant construction, fighting for parking, being blocked in for the running marathon, they cut this gorgeous big tree from in front of our building and put a dog park. Honestly, the worst thing they did. You could hear dogs bark more often now and people leave their dogs feces in the grass & sidewalk. We also were reassigned parking which I thought was inconvenient & unnecessary. Management made the full basketball court that was in the back left side into more parking spots…and made it into barely a half court

I’ve had an amazing experience living here. The maintenance team is always prompt and efficient, and it’s clear they care about keeping everything running smoothly. The complex is pet-friendly and the grounds are always beautifully maintained. Located next to many trails and the lake fairly close as well. Management has been awesome—responsive, friendly, and truly dedicated to creating a great living environment. Neighbors are all great as well. It’s a great community to be apart of. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-kept community.

My apartment is so cute! I LOVE the vaulted ceilings. Pet friendly for my kitten. I just moved in and so far everyone including my neighbors are really nice.

My husband and I moved here 3 months ago and we love living here so far! When we first visited the place, Ruth welcomed us very warmly, gave us a great tour and she was very honest with her responses to our questions. Yes, it's very quiet here, and yes the apartment was so clean and ready for us before we moved in. Even our carpet and toilet were brand new! When we requested maintenance, they were so fast in solving the issues! The other man at the office was also very kind. We can't remember his name but big thanks to both of them. We are so glad to be here! The access to the bike trail from our apartment is just so easy. It was like a bonus :) Whoever wants to move here, don't think twice. You'll be happy and be in good hands.
