The Pines at Woodcreek

I recently toured these apartments, and I was really impressed! The community is clean, quiet, and well-kept. The staff was welcoming and professional — they answered all my questions and made the process smooth. The units are spacious with nice modern finishes, and the area feels safe and convenient. Definitely one of the best places I’ve reviewed so far. I would like to say thank you to LAMARCUS for making my visit amazing today .

I just moved in March 7 before moving in I asked if the bathtub could be painted the leasing lady said yes, so when I picked the key up I asked her she told me no they didn’t and they charge 180 to do it remind you the carpet was stained up I clearly seen the red stains in it and several more things. If I hadn’t already waited over a month to move in and paid that deposit that’s not refundable I wouldn’t. The outside patio is so dirty and at the front door just makes you want to throw up. One of the leasing agent was moving a family member in I’m sure they will not give her a apartment like this

Mr. LaMarcus was very professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable about the complex, so much so that he was able to easily and quickly answer any of my and my wife’s questions. Additionally the apartment complex itself was beautiful and the amenities make the price more than well worth it. This place was perfect in every way and I am looking forward to hopefully making this place me and my wife’s home soon.

*** This review was written in July 2024 but has been recently updated.*** ***** Update-1-17-25**** PLEASE READ!!!!!! I decided to write another update to a review that I posted in July 2024. I was notified two hours ago today 1/17/25 that the Pines of Wood Creek management left a response to my review. Their response took six months which shows just how concerned they are with the safety and well being of their residence . As of October 2024 I was no longer a resident at this horrible place but prior to me moving out, I reached out to them on numerous occasions about security issues and was not helped in any way.I would like to know, why after six months you would just leave a reply saying that I can reach out to you when I did that as a resident and didn’t receive help. Been living here two years and I have absolutely zero complaints about this property. Mayola is one of the greatest inside the office. So if you’re looking to lease ask for her. I promise she won’t let you down. Don’t say I didn’t tell you so…
