It was such a pleasure working with Peter and his team! I met with a couple other realtors that advised me to list my property way lower than Peter’s initial listing price. I wanted to make sure the house sold quickly, since I had already purchased another house. We went with an asking price in the middle and ended up getting Peter’s initial listing price! He really knows his stuff. On top of that, my house needed a little painting, plastering and plumbing (little things) and he had someone on it for me that got things done really quickly!
