Hutkin Development Company

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Hutkin Development Company. Any time I’ve needed anything, they have responded immediately and taken care of any situation or maintenance issue at hand. They have been incredibly helpful, kind, professional and friendly - from the first time meeting my agent, to the receptionist, to the maintenance men, to anyone I have ever had contact with over there. Everyone has gone above and beyond and I have literally received five star service throughout my entire experience.

I've been a tenant with Hutkin for many many years and honestly I wouldn't lease from another landlord. I read the negative review from the other tenant on here and I couldn't disagree more. Every owner and staff at Hutkin has treated me like family, helped me through difficult personal and professional situations and they keep their property meticulously maintained. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

We are a current tenant with Hutkin at one of their buildings in the Westport area. I would like to start by saying that if you can avoid leasing an office/warehouse or whatever else from them please do yourself a favor and do so! Because Hutkin will fix the premises of the location you are about to rent in a 'lick and stick' manner so it can barely pass the inspection and your first walk through. After that they will stick you with a lease agreement which has tons of fine-print that will make you do all the maintenance on the building from your first day in the building! That is right, you pay for all the maintenance not the landlord!!! Even that would have been OK if Hutkin did a decent job fixing and maintaining the building prior to your lease but no, like I said it will be poorly done

I have been a tenant for about three years. Thus far, they have been a great company to lease from. The staff have always been very easy to work with.

Great Landlord! Recommend looking at their properties. Been a tenant for more that 5 year and highly recommend them.
