Kings Landing Apartments

Toured these apartments today with Halo and felt very welcomed. With her cheerful personality we left feeling positive and hopeful that we can make an apartment feel like home. Beautiful, spacious, and updated unit with nice amenities. Top runner in our search.

My boyfriend and I lived at King’s Landing for about a year, and unfortunately our experience was consistently disappointing. When we arrived after moving from Utah to Missouri, we were exhausted but also excited to finally settle into our new home. Instead, our hopes were let down immediately because the unit was not move-in ready. It was dirty, several cabinets were broken/crooked, there was visible water damage and rust (including on the freezer door), and we had multiple issues right away, including a broken toilet seat, a clogged shower drain, and large gaps in the floorboards. The dryer also made a loud screeching noise and ended up damaging smaller clothing items, which appeared to be due to a maintenance issue. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kings Landing! From the moment I moved in, Tiffany, the property manager, has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. She is incredibly kind, accommodating, and always willing to go out of her way to help whenever she can—it truly makes such a difference to have someone who genuinely cares about the residents. Mike on the maintenance team is just as amazing. He’s not only kind and professional, but also so quick and efficient with every work order. Knowing I can count on him to get things done right the first time gives me so much peace of mind. The community itself is beautiful—the updated features in the apartment make it feel modern and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the grounds are always kept so elegant and well-maintained.

The team is responsive, maintenance is quick, and the community feels safe and well kept. Any concerns we’ve had were handled professionally. Overall, it’s been a positive experience and we’d recommend it to others looking in the area.

I really love my loft it has high ceilings, a unique layout and a great rooftop view of Creve Couer I love the property layout, location, and amenities! It is The property is under new management and has undergone alot of upgrades and renovations. It has been a pleasure working with the new property manager Sabrina. I definitely recommend leasing from King's Landing Apartment Homes!!!
