Living here might seem appealing at first, but my experience as a tenant was extremely frustrating and only got worse over time. When management is trying to lease units, they are very attentive and responsive. However, once you sign the lease, communication becomes nearly impossible. They will ask why you are choosing not to renew, but when you try to explain your concerns they talk over you, argue with you, and try to make the situation your fault. It became very clear they were not interested in fixing the problems. If you read their responses to negative reviews, they often say people should “reach out directly next time.” As someone who tried to do exactly that many times, I can say it rarely works. Pros: - Nice location. - Apartments are fine. Cons: - Management is unresponsive. You have to wait for days and/or follow up to get a reply, assuming you get a reply at all. - Last winter, there was heavy snow. The failed to clear any of the snow from the parking lot. After a week, it partially melted and then refroze, so there were solid sheets of ice all over the parking lot. This winter, they cleared some snow but the parking lot is still slippery in spots. - There were giant potholes all over the parking lot. - I had a question about billing, and they refused to listen to why I thought it was wrong. - They force you to pay for a "damage waiver" from them, instead of accepting your renter's insurance. - I've been kept awake by neighbors playing music or watching tv at night.

My husband and I have a very disappointing experience with this leasing office. Before applying, he was told the $250 move-in administration fee was refundable if he canceled. He submitted my application on Friday and canceled by phone on Monday morning—within 72 hours. The staff confirmed the refund at the time. They never processed it. We waited over 13 weeks, called multiple times, and even visited the office. They promised updates but never followed through. Later, they claimed I didn’t cancel on time, which is simply false. For starters, the only thing good about this complex is the location and the two maintenance men who work tirelessly to help you. I have only met the property manager over here once which changed about four times in three months. We showed up to the apartment on our move-in day and the apartment and keys were not ready for us. They had no idea that we were even moving in that day. Our move-in date was pushed by a week with the apartment still not being ready by then moving forward, the apartment had to be repainted. Then we had a problem with our washing machine, which took them about 3 to 4 months to resolve a big reason I moved here was to have an in unit washer dryer, which I was not able to use for a couple of months. I moved in 1 week ago and I've already spotted a roach and a mouse. Limited parking spots available after 6pm. Parking lot has potholes everywhere and will damage your vehicle if you aren't going 2 miles per hr. Leasing Office staff were great. Very helpful and welcoming. Gym is nice and clean. Update: Staff & Pest Control responded in a timely manner to tackle the problems. Very helpful. I’m at ease knowing that I can count on staff with any of my concerns. Great staff.
