The Park at Greatstone Apartments

Consider this as a very last resort if a hotel or motel is too much. 1) The gates have been broken since november of 2024 and it's led to multiple car breakins with no help from police nor the staff to ensure this does not happen again. Cameras wont help you here. 2) Roaches infest everything and anything not sealed. No amount of cycled pest control or pesticides will help except for a spider that happens to move in with you, or alot of glue traps. 3) I was not even given advice on how to enter the gates when they were working. You need the gatewise app and then create an account and hope they made one for you on the day of move in. Otherwise you're stuck outside with a u haul past closing hours with no contact or emergency number available on their site or directory on Maps. Well when the

I just want to take the time out to thank Ms. Tabitha Reed for being so helpful during my move-in process. She went above & beyond to make sure that I got into my place as efficiently as possible. There were times where I thought negatively & got discouraged but Tabitha encouraged me to not worry & be positive. She really gave me a lot of hope. I just moved in yesterday & it feels like home. Maintenance man RAY is always on point, he fixes anything that needs repair and does it with speed without sacrificing quality. He is really the best maintenance guy, he will literally go out of his way to make sure your family and unit is good. Replaced our entire water heater within a matter of a hour or two. It’s really a relief to live here when you know you’re taken care of, not having to worry about anything because you know that they have such a good maintenance he always follows up prior which is just very thoughtful if you need help just know to go to ray!

Believe the negative reviews. If you’re looking for an apartment, take it from someone who has lived here for 2+ years. This complex is heavily infested with roaches. Pest control never comes (like ever). If you see management responding to other reviews saying things were scheduled then that’s the lie they tell all of us. Work orders take forever to get done, roaches will be in every crevice of your space, the floors are literally falling off the bone, and the management is atrocious. For the first year when I moved in it was beyond great. We knew the management team and the maintenance men and we loved their work ethic. We had no complaints, no infestations, no break ins, no car tows. It was truly great but that changed. The management team do not do their jobs in the slightest so BELIEV
