The Park at Carrigan Apartments

🙏100 percent honest review! Princess Berry is very sweet and professional. She made me feel way more comfortable during the entire process. Every time I have a question/issue I feel so comfortable to talk to her. So far so good with the Park At Carrigan and I’m sure it’ll stay this way! When I first discovered this place, something about it drawn me to it instantly and I reached out and applied. It definitely feels like home. And that is amazing for someone like me to say because I definitely can be an over thinker at times! If you’re thinking about this place, just go for it!!! ❤️

Looking for a new place. And cortini at the leasing office was amazing. Love the one bedroom for that price!!!!! Will be looking into these more come applying. The only thing was the smell in the apartment when touring but I can tell that comes from a neighbor residence.

Ms. Princess set a positive tone throughout my entire process and she was an absolute doll to work with! It's day 3 and I'm grateful for my new place. Praying that I can continue to project and receive this positivity as a resident and neighbor.

Good place. I'm the regular pest control guy here, and have never had issues getting keys or getting my badge back after accidentally leaving it behind twice now. Management seems very much up on what's going on.

Renter be ware!!! They got one star for the property at first glance. This was a horrible experience. These companies fix their office beautifully and don’t care about the actual unit. The unit they show you and the unit you get is totally different. It was roach infestation, even after the exterminator. The kitchen cabinets are old and broken. The carpet was stained and patched up. The windows was missing screens and the patio was never cleaned out. Definitely not move in ready. They had me fill out the paperwork in the office then did the walkthrough when all of this was discovered. They had me wait over 30 days to get my money back even though I never moved into the unit. And I’m still waiting on the rest of my money. They are not fourth coming and trust worthy. I would never rent from
