The Palms at Augusta Ranch Apartments

I’ve lived here going on seven years now and I honestly love it. The staff are great and the community is really peaceful. The Palms at Augusta Ranch is a gated community and we also have security on site pretty much all the time, so I always feel safe here. Everyone minds their own business but people are still super nice, and I’ve never had any issues with anyone… staff or residents. One of the things I appreciate the most is how consistent the staff is. Our maintenance team has always been the same two guys Josh and John they are so nice and so helpful and that means a lot. There’s never a constant rotation of new employees like at other places I’ve been at before. It makes it feel more like home because you get to know the people who work here and they get to know you. We moved in a little over 6 months ago. We have loved it from the beginning. Deanna-Marie, Jason, Yemi, Josh, and John all went above and beyond to get us into our apartment. They spent extra time renovating the space so it could be ready early for our move in. They honestly treat us like family. Our daughter loves to see them whenever we are on our walks with our dog. They are the kindest, most thoughtful people! The complex is very family and pet friendly. The kids are always out playing during the cooler hours of the day. The grass and pathways make it a safe environment to get out of the house and go walking with a little one. The pool and fitness center are always well cared for. Jason, Yemi, Deanna-Marie, Josh and John are great. I have lived here for almost 10 years and would highly recommend this place to anyone. I love all the green on the property, services are excellent and I always have a good time at the resident events.

I have had the pleasure of living at Augusta Ranch for almost 3 years. Everyone, from the maintenance crew to the Leasing Office staff are fantastic!!!! I like the events we have and the fact that they are always looking for ways to engage the residential community here!!! Deanna-Marie, Yemi, and Jason have been phenomenal to me any and every time I have come into the office!

Do not move here if you value your sleep. I have lived here for going on 5 years and I would move tomorrow if I could afford to. The upstairs neighbors have made our living experience here absolutely hell. We hear them all hours of the night even after the complex has talked to them. Its been the worst experience of my life. You can hear everything and even when the office talks to them, nothing changes. I havent had a good night sleep in over 5 years.
