The Orchard Apartment Homes

I have lived at the Orchard Apartment Homes since 2023. Throughout my time here, the Property Manager, Cindy and the Maintenance Technician David have been extremely welcoming and hard-working. They have always followed up with any concerns I may have and kept me up to date on changes. They even worked with me when I requested to change apartments! The astomphere is quiet here and the neighbors have been nothing but friendly. Key things to note - there is a dog park, laundry facilities, and even a town pool within walking distance of the complex The only suggestion I would have is it would be cool if the property would arrange a community engagement event. Like a game night or something for tenants that want to attend.

This complex is fantastic. Incredibly clean and quiet, definitely plan on resigning our lease!

The property manager is unprofessional and is demeaning! Nothing about this place is worth the spike in rent! No pool, no amenities, no dishwasher, no laundry machines in unit, no microwave, no gym, nothing! . What are we paying 1200 a month for? The bare minimum? The renovations are subpar, the Formica is chipping! The bathroom has little or no ventilation, and the bathroom cabinets are not even fixed correctly. Terrible! Go live somewhere comparable in rent costs that actually have amenities and a professional team.

We rented for one year. We only had one issue w a repair and it was fixed the same day. Management was nice. They started taking better care of the grounds. Making people clean up their patios. Got new dumpsters. Evicted some of the trouble tenants. Planted some trees. Added mulch around apartments. Painted new parking space lines so it was fresh. I was glad to see it getting cleaned up. The apartments are older but they are making some nice updates. Never had any crime/issues during the one year there. It was nice they started accepting rent via the internet.

I have always been treated very well, any repairs or problems are taken care of quickly. I've lived here nearly 5 years and will be here for awhile. Great place to live.
