Creekside at Wellington Apartments

I stayed in A building for a year and my experience was great. The maintenance team was on any issues I had, the management was always kind and took my complaints seriously. I have had three property managers though so far, but each one has been professional and worked hard to make the place a nice community. I haven't experienced bugs, mold or any kind of infestations at all thankfully. There's also plenty of sidewalks around the property to walk dogs or jog, one of my favorite parts about the area. I have/would recommend creekside to friends looking to move out on their own. Creekside was my first time renting and the management made it very easy for me and made the lease clear so I could understand them.

TERRIBLE. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE IT’S TERRIBLE THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING LIKE THEIR SUPPOSE TO, and my heat has been out all weekend house below 40 and still yet to see a maintenance this is horrible. Reported my tub and blinds weeks ago still haven’t got that done. Corporate really needs to step in and shut ts down it’s pitiful. Im calling news channel 7 something will be done and I will be heard!

Terrible management system! I stayed at creekside apartments for two years and everytime we had a problem that needed fixing they would take at least 2 weeks to come and fix it. Some things in our apartment never got fixed. Me and my girlfriend have a 1 year old and we told maintanence that we had mold in our apartment and they did little to nothing about it. it got so bad that our daughter couldn't live with us anymore. the apartment reeked of mold and mildew. there was visual mold all over our furniture and on the walls and all maintanence gave us was a dehumidifier. There are way more items affected than this but this is a few of the affected items.

Ceiling leaking and mold growing!!!! Property management will not do anything despite multiple contacts for the last 2 months. This is a health Hazzard and a safety hazard. A child with severe asthma lives here and is being harmed by the issues. Other tenants have some of the same issues.

Went in looking for an apt and the office manager Aleisha was so welcoming. While she gave me a tour the maintenance works were so polite. The property looks very well taken care nice and clean and the apartment looks updated 👌
