Barbara Allison was the perfect agent. She is ideal for out-of-state clients - she knows the area, the history of the properties, the reputations of the builders, and the quirks of the neighborhoods. She always responded quickly, was proactive is suggesting properties (or removing inappropriate ones from consideration), and gives an honest assessment of each property. However, it is after the sale where Barbara truly shines: she read the inspection report and provided us with a list of local repairmen to do the work; she provided us with contacts for utilities to get moved in; she helped us with moving in (and eventually, in moving out). I am an Agent with John Wall and Associates Realty, by far is it the Best Agency in Cherokee County and I would even go to say the Upstate of SC. John Wall (Broker) has serviced this area for 40 years. His Agents and level of service is unbeatable.

I didn't go here. I looked at it a house online. Their website doesn't list price without some sort of number. Eventually went to zillow.com to find the info wanted.
