They did, in fact, NOT try to find us another home as they stated. They chose to not renew our lease even with children and knowing they could be left homeless. Make sure to keep a close eye on your lease, if you choose to lease with this company!

This is a great realty company. They have a logical system in place to maintain security and screen potential tenants. I have had positive interaction with most of the professional staff at Gaffney Realty and they have helped me get settled in my new apartment. Only complaint is that rent is due on the 1st of each month and I get paid on the 28, so I have to pay rent as soon as I get paid to avoid a late fee.

I have rented a property for 3 years and some of the people that Gaffney Realty are the best people I have talked to and had business with. They have work with me on my maintenance issues but there are times that I had trouble getting contact with them and get them to come in and fix the issue. Once I do have them in the apartment, maintenance has done an incredible job to fix the issues and also go over and beyond by fixing my closets and putting shelves that I didn't eve ask for. There are couple of people I have dealt with that was very rude when I started first renting but I could always address my issue with someone else if I do not want to talk to with that person. I haven't had best experience for me as renting my first apartment by myself with my child but it has been improved. Whe

Didn't like my expirence with this company, I put down the application fee of 50$ on a house that someone else had already been approved for and was told different. Walked in early for my appointment and was not greeted for quite some time sitting in the "lobby". And then self viewed the property. Upon arriving back I asked how to apply for the house and she told me to go home and apply. Wasn't very informative. And wouldn't tell me if someone else has applied.(not trying to get my credit run and spend an unnecessary 50$ app fee if it was already gone.) Then it took 4 days to hear back from them to tell me that someone else got the house. There are other places with nicer houses, cheaper application fees, and better customer service in my opinion.
