I moved in over a year ago. They showed me a nice apartment. One that was put together properly, and actually maintained. When I went to move in, they moved me into one where they painted over everything, and maintained nothing. The dishwasher was moldy and falling apart. The fridge was a broke down mess. The inside the sinks, sliding doors, countertops, everything was painted over. The doors were all unbalanced. I fixed the bathroom door, because Everytime they were called in to fix something, they did a shotty job at best. months later, the doors would have to be readjusted again due to the building leaning. Spilt puddles started going from one side to the other at a faster rate. And you could see cracking around the roof and feel the floor starting to bow. Half the washers work. And on

Not worth it. Wanted a cheaper apartment to move into that looked decent but the pool isn’t even open most of the summer. Washer and dryer set up isn’t in unit so you have to use theirs, they closed it and put my clothes in a trash bag outside without warning to replace old washers and dryers. Going on 2 months and still don’t have the new dryers working. Not to mention you go to pull your clothes out of the washers and it’s frequently soaking wet due to broken washers but they don’t compensate for the wasted wash since you have to put it into a new washer and run another cycle to actually get the water out. Plus they keep raising rent as if this place is worth it. Charge for numerous repairs when moving out yet when you move in it already needs a ton of repairs. Cannot wait to leave

I’ve been living here for almost a year now and ever since management has changed things like pest control, missing property, and deliveries have been handled with much more efficiency.

I just moved in and very happy with my apartment. The property manager and the maintenance guy are always quick and responsive when I have an issue. My apartment is a small one bedroom but very airy, and I get a lot of sunshine through the windows. Thrilled with my new home.

You’re better off in section 8 housing. The rent would be good and affordable if the apartments were half decent, but they aren’t. The amount of flooding I’ve had, the mold, roaches, and squishy flooring soaked with water. It’s unbearable. Do not rent here, I should’ve shopped around first before trusting this awful place and settling down in my first apartment. That was my first mistake, please do not come here.
