Walker County Title Co. is full of great people, and Mary is absolutely fantastic. She’s professional, kind, and very dependable. Every interaction has been smooth and pleasant. It’s always refreshing to work with people who genuinely care and do things the right way.

2nd time having to use this company. Stephanie was much better at closing than having to deal with the absolute rude anne. I still absolutely despise having to use them. Very unorganized,communication is still very lacking, they still allowed the builder to get out of having to pay the back taxes with shoddy accounting that ended up costing us 900 because he went bankrupt after the fact and there was no effort to protect us at closing even when questions were raised. Of course they had taken no responsibility I'll still never live it down even if the second deal was slightly better.

Just closed a home here at their beautiful office in Huntsville, Texas. Anne-Marie Prouty was our closing agent and was so kind and professional. We highly recommend Walker County Title Co.

HORRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. They made a mistake at closing with the survey costs. 3 months after closing they come to me needing over $600 more to pay their surveyor. I even have a text message from Anne herself saying not to worry about it the company will foot the bill. 2 months later Anne is still harassing me about this bill. I will tell anyone who will listen to not use these awful people!

Carissa and Alvin were amazing with helping us set up closing. There were some builder delays with our closing so the date the closing was rescheduled for, my husband and I were both scheduled to work and could not take off. They accommodated us by meeting us at the title company on a Saturday, when they are closed so that we could still complete closing and not have any further scheduling delays. They were very compassionate and understanding. We were treated with respect and dignity. Also, their office smells SOOO good and they have really clean restrooms. Thank you both so much!
