The Timbers

I was a resident at The Timbers for 18 months total and I have no complaints! The complex is clean and well kept, maintenance always responded quickly, and the front office staff was helpful and friendly. Additionally, my unit (2x2, upgraded) was spacious, clean upon move in, and overall in great condition. There were no pest, parking, or payment/ resident portal issues in my entire time as a resident. I can honestly say that I was sad to leave The Timbers!

The Timbers is a great place to live. The apartments are nice and spacious, it's very quiet (almost too quiet). I definitely recommend them and have been happy to call this place home. The office staff are amazing, welcoming and very helpful. I lost my keys and had to call maintenance for a lockout and they were quick to get here on a Sunday to let me in. I have only lived here for a short period but my time here has been great.

I had the pleasure of living at The Timbers Apartments for two years, and my experience was overall amazing! The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, and from the very beginning, the staff made me feel right at home. Evelyn and Andrea were both incredible—always welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. They were always quick to help with any questions or concerns, and they made the community feel like family. Their positive attitudes and great communication made a big difference during my time there. From the day I visited the place until the day I moved out, I’ve been absolutely happy The Timbers. -The management team have been amazing every single day. Friendly, welcoming, understanding, helpful and caring. -The maintenance team is excellent. They never ignore a request, show up in a timely manner, never enter the apartment without notifying you or even better, ask for your availability so they could come in. -The apartment complex is always clean, the area is quiet, other tenants are friendly and respectful, there are always available parking spaces no matter the time. We lived here over the last year and the office staff and maintenance crew are amazing. Any time we had an issue they were immediately on top of it and, they were all so nice. I dealt with Andrea the most, and she is SO sweet! The only issue we had here aside from normal apartment stuff was a few neighbors who liked to keep my kid up blaring their music, but that was handled as well. I highly recommend them!
