Villas on Sycamore

Yesterday we signed at the Villas and our experience with staff was amazing!! Lily was our tour guide and she was super helpful when asking questions and helped tremendously with the process of signing a lease. 10/10 experience, if you are looking for a great place to live, this is the one!!

Me as my roommate Nikki love the villas, anytime we need help Chayton is always the one to help get it done. Communication on point from him! Wish we could have better communication from actual manager but she seems to always be “out of the office” when anyone needs her during the important times of the month.

This is my first apartment in Huntsville, and it will absolutely be the one I stay with until I graduate. I have had nothing but good experiences since moving in. The room size, bathrooms, closet, and kitchen are amazing value for the rent price. Especially since everything is like newer. The kitchen appliances are all well maintained and new and look nice (I have a weird thing against black/white appliances so I’m happy these are stainless steel lol.) The furniture that comes with the apartment is decent quality and all looked new or barely used, and the one chair that was broken when I moved in was replaced like the day after I moved in. Had a walkthrough of the property with Ms. Lily. She was very kind and informative. The property is a group rental style of apartments. Very nice and quiet place. Considering the proximity to the schools. Would recommend for college students.

Living at The Villas on Sycamore has been a great experience. Chayton has been very helpful to me and my roommates and is always quick to respond whenever we need anything, even when he’s sleeping lol. We really appreciate how reliable and supportive he is!
