I have been here since it started and have experienced all of the management chances, and yet it has not gotten much better. Amenities are almost always broken now (that year-round hot tub used to so amazing and don't even get me started with those grills), there is a disconnect between corporate and current management that delays reimbursement of discounts and "special deals" for multiple months on end, the lack of snow plowing AND sidewalk ice clean up has made me, and others picking me up, fall on the ice on the sidewalk and slide through the horrendous parking lot design that is on the side of building 2. Ever since Laurie became the property manager, this apartment complex has completely transformed for the better. The pool is cleaner and better maintained than ever—it actually feels like a place we want to relax now. Laurie has been incredibly responsive and proactive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. She’s also brought the community to life with fun and well-organized resident events that make us feel more connected and appreciated. Overall, our satisfaction has gone way up since she started. - Security is a joke here. Boards and signs everywhere show you are under surveillance but cameras are only installed for building 2. - Doors in a few buildings have been problematic / broken for over an year. when this was raised after a theft incident, they said it would be fixed but they are still the same after 3 months of that incident. - Its been 2 weeks since the snow storm, but the pavements have not yet been cleaned. They say a vendor is supposed to do it, but we see their own maintenance team doing the hard work. Its just confusing. - Have been asking for a more reasonable shuttle stop to get better access to public transport since an year now(to get to medical treatment), only to be rejected because “they cannot operate just for one person”. this place looks great from the outside and really sells you at during the tour. everything is clean and functioning, but its all for show. living here is worse than living on campus. at least naz university actually has some sort of sound proofing, its like theres nothing in between the drywall. i can hear conversations above me loud and clear, and i can even hear my roommate taking of her shoes. i’m now diagnosed and medicated for insomnia because of the lack of sleep ive been able to get here. shuttle services are unreliable. i dont take the shuttle, but i get alerts when the shuttle bus will not be in service that day and i sympathize for those that dont have a car and become inconvenienced because of it. at least be ready to call an uber, friend, or family member. their parking lot

Currently in my apartment we are going on a week with no heating. Beyond the lack of communication and lack of resources given to the very kind and hardworking maintenance team of the Marshall, management has been very unhelpful and uncommunicative since the summer. Maintenance has given us space heaters and has been the only one communicating with us on the situation. Management has made no efforts to respond to our emails or even offer any of their own solutions. Its extremely disheartening to have been told this was a nice apartment to live in and I can't even get 'we are working on it' email back. And the sad part is that I was informed that I would be more likely to get a response if I left a google review. But besides that, the horrible snow service, not being informed when trash va
