Riverton Knolls Apartments & Townhomes

The staff at Riverton Knolls was exceptionally understanding and very happy to cooperate with me and my partner over the two years we lived here in a 2-bedroom apartment. The nearby access to multiple walking paths, a private workout area for residents, and a community pool (that was very reasonable priced) were wonderful amenities to have access to. Housing was also incredibly pet friendly and both maintainence and exterior services were very cooperative around pet and owner needs. The basic Spectrum internet package was very fast (300+Mbps) and we had minimal issues with connectivity over our entire time there. Kind of an okay place to live. Be wary though they will bill you after you leave about a year later. They charged my brother and I $250 for a non-refundable pet fee, on top of charging us the monthly pet fee, and then had the audacity to charge us $500 a year later because of 'pet damages'. We were not notified by mail until the debt collecting agency. Great office receptionists, terrible company.

I lived here for years before I purchased my house. The apartment was great. 1 bed, 1 bath. There was enough room for everything to add my girlfriend at the time and my dog. While I didn't use the pool, it is available to apartment tenants. There are walking trails throughout the Riverton area. This area is in close proximity to the NYS Thruway Scottsville Service Center and Riverton [Oaks] 9 hole golf course. Also near by is a small plaza with a 711 gas station/convenience store. A hop and a skip away from most areas of Henrietta and just around the corner of "downtown" Scottsville. Short drive to places such as RIT, Marketplace Mall, and the University of Rochester. Also close to access I390 & I90 via Lehigh Station Rd.

I haven’t lived in Riverton long but I have appreciated the accommodating services of Property Management, as they have highly regarded my families needs and concerns. I really appreciate the level of communication between myself and Property management. I love the amount of space my family now has. Maintenance is responsive! Property management is always willing to help in any way that they can to ensure my family is comfortable & happy. My family & I enjoy living in Riverton in such a quiet neighborhood.

My partner moved in here recently. Though i am not a tenant myself (yet) and though there were some issues with the apartment upon move in, maintinance was swift and decisive. something i cannot confidently say about anywhere i have lived thus far. For example, A broken dishwasher was replaced in a matter of days. The office staff is extremely helpful and kind, and the price is competitive for the area.
