Bennington Hills Apartments

I only give 5 stars because of the leasing staff! Jessica O. is the best staffing agent that Bennington hills have ever seen. She is very caring and understanding. She takes pride in her job and is always down to help anyone. She is a great communicator as well. I lived here for 10+ years off and on and I can honestly say this complex is nice. They always have fun events for kids and adults at the office. The maintenance work hard to complete work orders quick. The community itself is nice. No trashy looks. Quiet atmosphere. They have renovated apartments and can accommodate most needs. I highly recommend this complex to anyone. You wont be disappointed!

The staff were all very friendly during our recent 2 bedroom tour. Jessica was our host and my kids and I thought she was just amazing. We were down to the last minute finding a new place and had to be out of our residence by Friday. She somehow found a way to make it happen just in time. I will always be grateful to her for going above and beyond to make this happen for us. We did not receive this kind of service at any of the other places we looked at. It was refreshing to have someone so helpful and accommodating. We are able to move in today on time because of Jessica’s efforts so thank you!!!

The award for most improved complex belongs to this place! I've lived here for a year and it started off rocky, but the new staff have really turned this place around! Jeremy in the office is fantastic. His customer service and professionalism is above and beyond. He even helped my wife jump start her car 5 minutes before closing, outside in the cold weather. There's all new office and maintenance staff. They respond in a timely manner and exhibit the best customer service. The corporate office has been involved in the transition and have been incredibly supportive as well.

Update 09/09: After multiple emails with no response from management regarding the return of my full security deposit, as required by law, I’ve decided to take legal action by filing a claim in small claims court. If a tenant has to resort to legal measures just to receive their rightful deposit, it speaks volumes about the quality of management here. Anyone considering these apartments should exercise caution and make their own judgment. I lived at this apartment complex from July 2022 to July 2024, and while the apartment itself was fine with no major issues, the experience with the property management leaves a lot to be desired.
