Edgewater Apartments and Townhomes

I’ve lived at Edgewater for six months, and it’s been an excellent experience. The building is exceptionally well maintained—clean, secure, and thoughtfully managed. Tina, the leasing agent, has been wonderful to work with: responsive, courteous, and instrumental in making the move-in process seamless. Dalton, the property manager, is outstanding. He consistently goes above and beyond to address any concerns promptly and ensure residents feel well cared for. Every email and call is handled quickly and professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Edgewater to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live.

My family moved in 3 months ago after we lost our home due to a fire. Tina was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire leasing process. Dalton, the property manager, has been extremely helpful and friendly as well. He took the time to introduce himself and welcome us to the community when we first moved in. We have also had interactions with the maintenance staff as well. They have responded to our service calls quickly and professionally. If you are looking for a new place to call home I highly recommend looking into this beautiful and friendly community.

I lived here for 1.5 years and like everything here. The managing team, Dalton and Tina, are both nice, professional, and easy to work with. The apartment itself is nicely built with all the new appliances, appropriate room lay-out and set-up (e.g., power-outlet, AC, lighting, window shades). The gym and the rental office are beautiful. On top of that, this apartment is located in a safe neighborhood that you could walk around. Highly recommend.

The office staff here, specifically Dalton, have been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has always been exceptionally professional, courteous and timely in all of his responses (answering my million questions with patience and expertise), to going above and beyond to arrange a refund of a deposit when I was unable to move in. Dalton is the kind of representative of Edgewater that inspires confidence in the residence itself. The apartments themselves are very nice with well designed floor plans, and they have top of the line appliances including one of the nicest in-unit washer/dryer combos I have ever seen. The shared spaces are kept clean and tidy. The Edgewater gym offers enough that it renders a separate formal gym membership an luxury rather than a necessity. Solid apartment/townho

This place is really top-notch! The apartments have a functional layout and stylish design. The community center on the property is phenomenal. The workout area has just what you need, and there are even small office spaces to use for those “work remote” days when you want to get out of your own space. There’s access to a small conference room too. To plan a small event or gathering, there is a huge space complete with a kitchen, fireplace, and pool table. I recently attended an event there where we not only used the event space, but also hung out at the pool. Dalton, the manager there, is thorough and accommodating—what a fabulous place to be!
