Genesee Pointe

We have lived at Genesee Pointe Apartments for almost a year and have had a great experience! The neighborhood is quiet, the amenities are great (especially the close access to the walking path), and our living spaces are spacious. We love to spend evenings on our patio!

Both the manager Brian and office support staff have provided introductory and final lease signing experiences beyond our expectations. I am highly recommending anyone looking for an apartment in this area, consider the options Genesee Pointe Apartments has to offer. Both the accommodations and staff are a 6 star rating in a 5 star scale.

We lived at Genesee Pointe for this past year and would have done it all over again! We moved due to job relocation otherwise we would have gladly stayed. The apartment was so clean upon moving in and we absolutely loved our set up. Having a back porch overlooking a pond and beautiful forest backdrop was everything! There is a well carved out nature trail which was beyond therapeutic to us throughout the year. And taking a stroll around the neighborhood was always so peaceful and clean! On top of that the staff was amazing. Bryan was so responsive to all requests we had and made our needs a priority. Any time we had a maintenance request it was fulfilled quickly and efficiently. It was also lovely having the pool, gym, and pet spa. We truly felt taken care of here. Thank you for everything

We’ve lived here for almost a year and absolutely loved it. The apartment is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the management is so kind and helpful. We’re moving because of a new job, and it’s a bittersweet goodbye. We’ll miss this place so much and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home!

I just moved in to Genesee pointe and I think it is great. Lovely house , comfortable and lovely people at the reception for any help I need. Just had fun decorating pumpkins for Halloween
