Do Not Move to The Margo If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at The Margo has been a catastrophic disaster from the moment I signed the lease, and I am furious that I didn't choose one of the many truly beautiful properties Sandy Springs has to offer. DO NOT MOVE HERE. From the start is was a nightmare. After paying my security deposit, management attempted to raise the rent, requiring several days of stressful back-and-forth before they honored the initial price. The move-in day itself was chaos. Despite specifically requesting the loading dock be left open, it was locked. My furniture delivery was delayed, and movers were forced to carry everything through the main leasing office entrance and walk down a side street. It was an unnecessary, exhausting nightmare that cost

I love living at The Margo! The community itself is beautiful, but what truly makes it special are the amazing ladies from Apartment Life. They are always so friendly, welcoming, and go above and beyond to plan creative monthly events. I really enjoy attending because every event is fun, well-organized, and a great way to connect with neighbors. Their effort makes living here feel like more than just an apartment—it feels like home.

The worst luxury apartment I’ve ever lived at. I really wanted to like The Margo, but the reality doesn’t match the price or the image. The common areas are often dirty, and it feels like cleanliness isn’t a priority here. There’s also a man on the 3rd floor who constantly harasses tenants and management seems to do little about it. It makes living here uncomfortable and stressful. Parking is another nightmare. Residents have to share limited spaces with nearby restaurants and retail stores, which means guests can almost never find parking. On top of that, you risk getting booted and fined $75 which is ridiculous in this economy. For what we pay, this place should be well-managed, clean, and safe. Instead, The Margo feels like an overpriced “upscale project.” Save yourself the disappoint

I’d move back to the Margo in a heart beat. Best pool in Atlanta; with sun all day long. Conveniently located to all shopping. The on site staff makes it even sweeter. Always clean.

Beautiful location and the staff seems knowledgeable and cheerful. We especially enjoyed Krista ... She answered every question and she has great people skills.. We will be making a decision soon and The Margot is high on our list.
