The Manchester

I am very disappointed with my experience at this apartment. I have been living here since August 2025, and I am exhausted from constantly having to raise complaints. They charge unnecessary water bills and other fees without providing clear or reasonable explanations. The apartment rooms, kitchen, and other facilities are very old and poorly maintained. Additionally, the staff members are rude when residents try to raise concerns or submit complaints. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience.

Ms. Nadine Majd at the Manchester Apartment Leasing Office provided exceptional service and support. She was professional, enthusiastic, and incredibly helpful over the phone, ensuring all my questions were answered clearly and promptly. She quickly sent my new signed lease agreement via email & made the entire process smooth & stress-free. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service truly stand out. Ms. Majd is a valuable asset to the Manchester Apartments team — highly recommended! Also the entire Team at Manchester Apartments/Tipton Management Group led by Ms. Amanda Martinez, Ms. Gianni & Ms. Mason are also great to work with always & they make you feel comfortable & welcome at all times. Thank you Mason for helping my family find the nice apartment. We have been here only 3 months and we are close to our family. All things are located near our apartment. The office is nice and we come back every time for you. We will bring more people to this apartment. The space is bigger . You showed us the outside then when it was ready quickly you showed us the inside. Thank you maintenance helpers also.
