The Luxe Residential

I lived here for about 1.5 years in a PH unit. The major selling points here are the on-site Manager (Maria) and maintenance (Jose), both of whom were great. Maintenance would get acknowledged quickly and either fixed or scheduled to be fixed very quickly. It is in the direct take-off path of Burbank Airport, but when the windows are closed, you barely noticed. If you are someone that likes to have the windows open all the time, that might be an issue. My only major gripe with this place is the other tenants. Some people are really lazy and/or stupid and would try to put objects down the trash and recycling chutes that were too big and they would get stuck, which inconveniences every other tenant. I moved into The Luxe after the on-site manager, Maria, gave us a fabulous tour. She was so happy and compassionate when she first showed us the space and every single time I saw her in the garage/gym/hallway during my time living here. It is always a pleasure to talk to her and see how much she cares for all the residents in the building. So sad to be moving but so happy to have had Maria to make our time here a little more magical!

This apartment complex is great! Everything is new and up to date, tenants are nice and there’s never any issues here. The staff is also excellent, especially Maria! U can easily contact her and she always available when needed with a lovely smile :) definitely 5 star!

Brand new construction building with upgraded luxury modern finishes. Building has 61 apartments that include Studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms apartments. Two story garage for parking. Safe entry by fob. Brand new gym equipment. Outside patio and rooftop lounge. Safe quiet apartment in the heart of NOHO arts district. We love North Hollywood.

This place is nice on the inside my friend is a resident here . She was looking for a roommate so she informed the people of the apartment they had me put in a application which wasn’t a problem . They asked me for a co signer for a apartment that my friend had already been living in for 6 months I declined because I would never get a co signer for a roommate situation . Needless to say I don’t live here and when they ran my credit they ran a hard inquiry that’s on there for 2 years I’m in the process of disputing it but I just wanted to let people know how they are running the operation. When I reached out to inquire about the hard inquiry they had a lawyer respond back to me and said it’s protocol to run a hard inquiry.
