The Lofts at Sprague

So, my name is michael(mike for short) and i will be giving my review of my apt here so far. Last year in about April-May, I’ve been looking for places to live off campus since I was going to be one of the only juniors still attending classes on campus for the fall term. I believe lofts at sprague was the 2nd place I looked at for off campus housing and I toured this places on May 5. When I showed up here, I waited for the Kourtney to show up and then we waited for my parents and then we did the tour. The tour went pretty well, kourtney did a pretty good showing the unit and explaining the options and everything lofts at sprague had to offer. We ended up putting the deposit down and in august when I got my keys for the building and my front door I started furnishing my apt. Rn I live in a

The apartments are somewhat standard, but clean. The staff is always helpful and quick to respond. They recently changed from having individual internet for each apartment to having a building-wide wifi system that is unusably slow, however. I'd rather pay the $50 internet router fine than use their provided internet system.

Filthy apartment, leaks in the ceiling, half painted walls. No fire detectors, low quality heating and cooling, dirty water. Poor lighting. Mold all over the bathroom, under the grout and tiles, under the caulk in the shower. Unprofessional front office.
