The Lofts at River Ridge

So much I wanna say!!! I LOVE my apartment! I love the clean property & the small community. Sarah is a whole dream to work with!!!! She walked me through every step & has made sure I'm comfortable & happy. I am beyond blessed to call this my home.

I moved to Indiana from Arizona and feel so fortunate to have found the loft apartments at River Ridge. I was only going to rent for a few months until I found a house and ended up staying almost 2 years. I loved it so much here that I really didn’t want to leave! The apartments are so beautiful and when I moved in everything was brand new. The 2 bedrooms are quite spacious, the living area is a big, open concept and my balcony overlooked the trees (which I loved). Living here was very peaceful and my neighbors were great. Management was very responsive to all my needs (which were few), and everyone was wonderful and helpful. There is a restaurant, bank, coffee shop, movie theatre, hotel and Circle K within walking distance and access to the highway is right up the street. If you are looki

Lived there for a bit over a year and a half. I had a nice, peaceful experience. Great management and always on top of the maintenance. The only thing missing was a pool. 🤩 Wish all places had great management like The Lofts at River Ridge! 💜

Every time I am in this area, I am impressed with how clean and well manicured the property is throughout the different seasons of the year.
