The Lofts has been a great place to live. The interior is beautiful and spacious. The grounds are well kept and maintained. Any issue is fixed immediately. It is quiet. I couldn’t ask for a better apartment to live in! The property management are always friendly and helpful!

During my recent visit over the holidays as a guest of a resident, it became clear that this property could greatly benefit from improved management oversight. The maintenance staff member who cleans the property daily deserves recognition — his dedication and consistency set an excellent standard for others. His care for the property is evident even when he is not present, and he represents a true asset to the community. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the approach to resident relations and complaint handling. The property manager, Stephanie, demonstrates a concerning lack of professionalism when addressing legitimate resident concerns. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Living Experience! I’ve lived in several apartments over the years, and this complex is by far the best! From the moment we moved in, the management team made us feel welcome and addressed every question we have had with kindness and professionalism. The facilities are kept spotless, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The landscaping is beautiful, and there are always nice touches like seasonal decorations and community events, which make it feel like home. The location is also unbeatable. It is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment but still in a peaceful, quiet area. I can’t recommend this complex enough. It’s been an amazing place to live!

While moving in, it was nice to have neighbors ask if I needed help and to have someone speak to me or wave at me as I made my way in and around the complex. I had a minor problem in my apartment and one call had it fixed the next morning. The front office has been both helpful and friendly in making me feel comfortable and I’m glad that I chose the Lofts.

New complex that just opened 2024, brand new, never lived in apartments. Clean units with updated applicances and nice finishes, although I wouldnt call it luxury, there simply are many, many older/outdated apartments in Biloxi. The leasing office was kind and worked with my schedule so that I could tour the complex before signing my lease. I was even able to tour the units I was interested in. Everything was just as advertised. The neighbors are nice and we havent had any issues with noise. There are courtesy officers who live in the complex which makes it feel safe. I can get to the Promenade and Ocean Springs within 10 minutes. Gautier and Gulf Port are about 20+ minutes and a 15 minute commute to Keesler AFB- all while still feeling tucked away. The gym is small with few equipment
