Pines on the Bay Apartments

Been here for a little over 8 years now I believe. They've been extremely accommodating and are always available to help. Grounds are kept clean, our apartment is well-maintained. Wonderful place to live, they've really helped us out a lot over the years.

What can I say about Pines on the Bay....as long as they keep the same team, they are golden! I loved everything about this complex. It's nice, quiet, clean, and friendly. We lived there for just under 3 years & enjoyed every minute. Pines on the Bay is a quiet community so you definitely want to come in being courteous & respecting quiet hours (meaning don't vacuum between the hrs of 8pm-8am lol). They have plenty of amenities including a laundry facility. It is small, but never really crowded. The pool is very nice and we utilized it quite a few times during our time there as well as the basketball & tennis courts. We had minimum maintenance problems (over the 3 years we MAYBE put in 4 requests} & each time they were answered quickly & they were ALWAYS resolved. I really liked the mainte

I've stayed in my fair share of apartments as a young adult. About 7 different complexes in the passed 10 years. Pines on The Bay Apartments is definitely a property that I absolutely recommend to others and will return to if need be. Starting with the office manager- Carmen. Omg, she's an angel. She's thorough, keeps her word, follows up and goes above and beyond to assist or accommodate you. I'm a very confrontational person when it comes to my money & my well being. Never did I ever have a run in while being a tenant here. It was the complete opposite actually. They take pride in the landscaping, upkeep with the pool, well lit path ways & change dead lights immediately, supply doggy poop bags throughout the premises and the laundry room is cleaner than most homes. I lived here for a Lil over year. When I first moved to the coast I looked at a lot of properties to move into. The management team told me it was a great place to live with no problems and that was exactly true!! I never had any issues and all the neighbors was very nice and kind. It was very quiet! I could sit outside any time of day Are night and feel comfortable. They have a nice patio, great outside storage, and the cable included was a huge plus. I moved because I was offered a better job back home and had to move if not I would have stayed here for years!! I would defiantly recommend anyone looking for a quality place to live for a affordable price look no further this it! I am a past tenant of Pines on The Bay. What a great place. Loved it there. Ms. Carmen and Ms. Vicky was always willing to talk to you about anything. They were always open to a casual visit which is what I did ever so often. If I am ever in need of an apartment again, I will definitely be going back here.
