Grande View

The location is perfect, my dog and I walk to the beach every day. My two bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a lovely screened in patio is also perfect. It faces the woods and lots of birds come to my birdfeeder. The rooms are big, the floors are new, the place is quiet. If I have a problem, like my refrigerator light went out yesterday, maintenance is Johnny on the spot and Diego takes care of me very well. I like stopping in the office once in a while because the staff is just so friendly and welcoming. Happy happy to live here.

I meticulously looked around the area and went to see a lot of places and I feel good about the choice I made. Management and maintenance are great.

Residence and future rentals beware, the unit my friend occupied was infested with mildew / mold. And we accumulated breathing problems in medical bills. Try to contact owners of residence, the office leasing agents are very unprofessionalneed and need to be reprimand, on their customer service relations, I wish this site would allow me post the pictures of the mildew / mode and the Health Inspection Code Violation, that took effect in one of the Grandview apartments units. I proceeded to file this matter in court, but the dumbfounded Clark who filed it. Filed it under the wrong Court so yes this is a third attempt to contact whoever owns the property Grandview apartment to get in contact with me. I just recently moved to Grande View, and so far everything has exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. When I started looking at different properties in the area, Patience went above and beyond to help with all my questions and concerns, and has been truly accommodating. She’s really gone out of her way to help me in so many different ways. All of the staff I’ve met has been extremely kind and welcoming too. The property is in the perfect location, and I love being so close to the water. My apartment is beautiful and spacious, and the pool area is beyond gorgeous. It reminds me of a resort. I always get so many compliments when I have visitors. I definitely made the right choice moving here and I hope to stay for quite a while.

I moved in these apartments June 28th of 2023, even with the change in staff this office has always been there for me. They have quickly managed any Problem that arose. The Maintenance team has also been outstanding. They are very caring towards Veterans and the disabled. The Staff is Amazing but Amiyah is the best, she’s extremely exceptional and has helped me with my mom( Disabled/Veteran) and continues to do that even now. The Apartments are at a great location and are very spacious and beautiful. I will be renewing my lease for another year with Grande. I Highly Recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay to check out Grande View Apartments.
