Seacrest on Southern Apartments

We just moved in here and it is great! The apartments are newly renovated and very nice! Very spacious as well. Management is great too, we called and texted and emailed Wendy so many questions before moving in and while we were choosing where to live and she said as very helpful and quick to respond. The pool is very clean and everything seems quite safe. There are two dogs directly outside out back window and they do bark a lot at night which is kinda annoying.

Im Tonya Bradley Thomas. I just move into this apartment and Wendy the apartment manager made the move in process pleasant and seamless. She was very warm and very kind spirited. The apartment is very beautiful as the pictures show. I appreciate Dennis the maintenance manger for accommodating my disability by installing a handicapped shower head making showers more easier for me. Great staff indeed. I love it. I look forward to my stay here. Would highly recommend!!! 😊

We moved here in February and I’m so glad I made the choice to do so! Mrs. Wendy the lady who runs the place is the sweetest , most kindest lady of all! She made my move in process so easy & did everything she could to get me in here!! She worked around my time & met all my expectations and to top it the place is soooo nice , comfy , and so homey! I love it here 🥰🥰 thank you Mrs. Wendy , you are the absolute best !!!

Wendy was fantastic on getting us set up quickly and efficiently. The apartment was clean and refurnished upon move in. I believe that management in general was the final factor on the decision as to why we moved there.

Wendy is amazing! The people we have been around at the complex and the units they have available are all incredible. Newly renovated snd makes you feel like you are exactly where you are meant to be! We are so excited!
