Kathy is so sweet. She was so kind and friendly from the beginning. She helped make my transition to a nice and pleasant living environment. Good price. Has a pool. They allow pets. Maintenance fixes my stuff. It definitely isn't the worst place I have ever lived. Most of the apartments have been redone recently or are being redone.

BLACK MOLD! BLACK MOLD! BLACK MOLD! BLACK MOLD! BLACK MOLD! BLACK MOLD! 8months now... Everything is pretty decent about the place but when you need something worked on.. Tss* Better put in months ahead (and/or) just do it yourself ! If you don’t want health issues I suggest living elsewhere definitely not a place to live if you already have a health condition. It’s as if they don’t even care. As an actual, ‘Compassionate Human Being’, that to me is In-humane . Don’t do it UNLESS you just have to, which was my circumstances at the time.

Nice average apartments. Nothing upscale about it. Does have a swimming pool, basketball and tennis court. The manager is really sweet. Ms.Kathy is her name.

Horrible place, manager allowed tenants to store trash personal items in front of my apartment for half of the duration of my lease which is clear violation of the contract. They have roaches, and maintenance is the worst. Don't move here!
