The Lafayette at Valley Forge

I had the pleasure of working with Josue Pulinario during my apartment application process at The Lafayette at Valley Forge. From start to finish, Josue was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. He guided me through every step, making what can be a stressful process smooth and straightforward. Because of his dedication and genuine care, I was able to get approved and feel confident throughout the process. Josue truly gives 100% to his work and goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend him. he is the best!

Location: After dinner walk can go on to the Valley Forge National Park next to our building along the Schuylkill River. The park is 3500 sq. acres of land including hiking trails. The location is ideal. The staff are kind & attentive to residents’ needs, except there are no able, & consistent janitorial staff onboard at this time. I would recommend the apartments to all who are looking.

I was looking for a one-bedroom apartment on a month-to-month basis, and a friend recommended Gulf Mills Village. Josh from the sales team was extremely helpful and detailed in explaining all the available options for the Junior and one-bedroom units at both Gulf Mills Village and their sister property, Lafayette at Valley Forge. He quickly arranged a showing for the next day, and Shannon did a wonderful job walking me through several units at Lafayette. Both Josh and Shannon were professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. A big shout-out to both of them for their excellent service!
