The Joshua Apartments

Very nice apartments, prices are at a very good range paid the same amount I would for a 1 for 2 bedroom. Service is really good had a very smooth process for an applying staff are very friendly and makes the place feel welcoming. Very satisfied with what I am getting myself into. No problems with the apartments inside and out very quiet community and non smoking which is the best in my opinion. (Show room in photos)

Overall Score 4.5/5 Price 5/5: honestly they are well priced Location 4/5: its near a few busy streets Staff 5/5: They are polite and knowledgeable Apartment 4/5: its a but old which is to be expected but as long as you take care of it you should be fine. I lived here 2 years ago and decided to move back to give them another try and it was worth it. Price wise they are very affordable and the community is quiet which is a nice change of pace. The staff is helpful and friendly. The apartments do have a few older appliances but they are pretty upfront about that.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. Yvette and everyone in the office are so kind and made sure my move in was as smooth as possible. Clean, quiet environment and great neighbors. No complaints!!

I have lived here for over 7 years and it's gone downhill. The latest management company has been "remodeling" for the past year or so. I don't know who picked out the paint colors but white buildings?! Nothing like blinding light being reflected into my kitchen first thing in the morning. Also, because they're redoing the front office (again, though last time was by the last management company), they're working out of an apartment right now. I will admit that the changes they made to the other apartments are nice looking (attached pictures come from the temporary "office") but my apartment is terrible with things they won't fix and they won't let us move to a different way apartment unless we pay all these fees. During my tour of the model, I was told my unit would be very similar, aside from different-colored kitchen appliances. I was clearly misled into thinking my apartment would reflect the same luxury finishes shown in the model, clubhouse, and leasing office. In reality, the unit had dated and rusted finishes that fell far below the expected standard. This listing should not be advertised as “luxury” if the appliances and finishes do not reflect the standards associated with that term.
