Brian, Stevie and Joseph Group as a whole are great working with. Joseph group has very nice and high quality homes. From the very start communication has been speedy and informative. They are on top of their game and shine as property managers. Everything is transparent and communicated so that the move is smooth sailing. I highly recommend working with them.

Brian Seutz was amazing. He was great at communicating and responding to every email quickly. He helped us get through some small issues and got us into our dream home. I worked with Payton to rent out my house, and the overall process went smoothly. I received regular updates and I was never left wondering about the status of my listing. The professional pictures and timely posting of my house onto various sites resulted in a lease being signed within days.

I am new to working with the Joseph Group but thus far, they have made everything easy and straightforward. I am a first-time (and reluctant) landlord, but my interactions with the employees at the Joseph Group have made the experience as pleasant as it can be. Nick Taitano has been incredibly responsive and friendly, and has patiently answered my (half million) questions. I was also just introduced to Michael Jenkins, he has also been helpful and knowledgeable. It is early times yet (and I am diligent with criticism so I will update and/or deduce stars if I must), but so far the Joseph Group is great!

After some previous negative experiences with property management companies, the Joseph Group has raised the bar. Madison Lopez our property manager was swift in responding to a maintenance issue we had and even coordinated a credit to our account. This is a hard working and dedicated group and would recommend both renters and property owners doing business with these folks!
