The Cascadian in Edmonds

I have lived at this apartment complex for almost seven years and this is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.The owners are kind and compassionate. They care for the residents and make an effort to create a sense of community. They care about the complex and take excellent care of the property. If our circumstances allowed, my fiancé and I would live here another seven years.

My husband and I lived at the Cascadian for five and a half years. The apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, and well-maintained. Ours had double doors that opened out onto a fenced patio. We would open the door and take our puppy into a park-like back yard that was quiet and private. It was our own little haven in the city! Everyone who lived there was quiet and courteous, and in all that time, we never had any complaints about our neighbors. The building owners are the best I've ever encountered. They are kind, organized, and communicative. Any time we had a concern or a maintenance issue, it was promptly addressed with care and consideration. This is a place that is run with integrity by people who genuinely care about their tenants and the property. An absolute rarity and a gem.

We lived here for many years- just recently moved out for a job relocation. It’s a family owned, smaller complex, which I would consider a huge plus. They have always been helpful and communicative. They are able to keep the rent very fair for Edmonds prices because they focus on major upgrades when necessary. Still, we never had any issues or repairs needed and loved all of our amenities. Just recently they built new porches for the downstairs units at the back of the complex and repainted the parking lot. Our favorite feature was that the living room is very long and spacious with a big bay window. It allows for any furniture setup you would want (compared to some other complexes where you struggle to envision your furniture there at all). They have package lockers, a gym with the esse

My wife and I lived here for and greatly enjoyed our stay. Lisa was great at getting us moved in quickly while we had to move from our home during emergency reconstruction. Pricing is fair and the apartments are well equipped and maintained. I will vouch that this is a great place to live.

It's a family business with nice people and honestly has a very good value for living so close to so many usefull things like the PCC. What an excellent use of the location.
