Susan has been absolutely incredible throughout my home-buying journey. Susan Romei was a wonderful loan officer to work with. She was very helpful with explaining new terms to us and going through detailed steps we would go through during our process of purchasing our first home. She would send daily updates as they were available and worked with us and every other person who was involved in the process. As our closing date came closer, she didn’t forget to check in with us about where we were in the process and how much closer we were. In the beginning she also explained and gave us time to decide every option we had and could consider. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family, and I would absolutely work with Susan once again.
