Horrible customer service & follow up 2/19/26 I sent an email on 2/13 to the customer service email that is listed in some of the responses in an attempt to get an explanation for why I was charged the exorbitant cleaning fee and painting fee and relayed what was in my review. Asked for a response. No response to date. I’m reporting these people to the better business bureau. They are truly unethical and shouldn’t be in business. Also note that the turnover in staff is constant. Laureen was here when I signed and Conor was in office. Now it’s Maria. Lots of turnover which is a huge red flag in itself. Update 2/13/26.if you want to dump your hard earned money, then go ahead and rent here. After too many attempts over 3 weeks, I finally connected with Maria to find out if she had done a wa

Moving is always stressful, but it our move last month was made as painless as could be by Laureen and the rest of the Edmonds Gateway Apartments maintenance crew and team. My wife and I are fairly organized and have been moving quite often for the last few years so had all our paperwork in order. Going through their website, application and background check process went smoothly. We were moving from about 80 miles away and could only make a few trips into town and occasionally arrived pretty close to closing hours. Laureen however, was incredibly helpful and friendly showing us the place and coordinating a convenient key pickup for move in. A day before move in, I had locked my keys in the garage and the maintenance team was very responsive in addressing that as well. We love our new apar

I never write reviews but I would like to share my experience. My husband and I lived here for a couple years and when we finally decided to move out we called but they never seemed to pick up the phone. We emailed them and they still got our move out date wrong but it was fine. A month later management contacted us saying they need our new address to send our deposit to. We missed the call by one minute and called back, but of course they didn’t pick up the phone. We left a voicemail of the address and waited months for our check. They never sent it. After numerous calls and emails, they finally responded (with animosity might I add). They said they would send the check. Once we received the check it was made out for 1 CENT. So petty. We decided it wasn’t worth the time and money to fight

7 weeks without a washer/dryer after filing the first maintenance report at the very beginning of May. Given written notice that I had to sign a lease renewal by a specific date, and then they won’t send over a lease after six weeks of pestering. I guess they’re trying to trap me with penalties. Demanding 3k a month and no washer? I don’t think so. The staff is absent. The office won’t respond to anything. Phone calls are also ignored. Oh, but they did email me to say I wasn’t answering their calls - like it was somehow my fault! (Very unprofessional) They didn’t call. My phone records don’t lie and my phone number is on my lease, resident account, email signatures &tc, so it’s not likely they lost my number. I still emailed them to check if they had the right number. More silence. I do

I moved in about 2 months ago and have been extremely impressed with the responsiveness of the office (Ellen) to my emails and concerns. I've had a few maintenance issues and they have a great online service request system, which gets prompt responses and they show up ASAP. I am extremely happy with my place so far (townhouse) and the neighbors have been very friendly. The only slight issue I have is parking fills up quickly - however, you can rent a reserved spot for a small additional fee (which I haven't done yet), and they have guest parking for overflow. Parking on the street doesn't seem to be an issue either. It's definitely worth getting on the waiting list!
