Park Ballinger Apartments and Townhomes

Common areas are always dirty, with trash often left on the ground and in front of apartments. Parking rules are not enforced even though we pay for a designated spot. Laundry room is consistently dirty, and the pool is not properly cleaned during the summer. There are exterior cameras, but it’s unclear if they are actually monitored since nothing is ever addressed. The property is advertised as an amazing place to live, but the reality after moving in is very different. We are seriously considering moving out.

Park Ballinger Townhomes and Apartments is a park like location in the city of Edmonds right by Highway 99. Includes a very modern outdoor swimming pool, a cabana for birthdays and many other events. The current manager is Heidi and she is Super at communicating with the tenants. The value my family receives for what we pay has been very beneficial to my loved ones. As far as the location goes, it's between WinCo Foods and Safeway. A very large park with universal access playground and a lake with boat launch are within walking distance. Also includes a Senior center and Soccer fields. You can see why I give this resource a five star rating.

I can't explain enough how maintenance and property manager do everything to help make my apartment clean and safe.
