The James Apartments

I recently toured this property (amongst many others) and I can honestly say this was the cleanest, nicest, and most friendly properties I visited. Apartments are beautiful w updated appliances and fixtures. Kristin, the Leasing Agent, was phenomenal - detailed, friendly, helpful. Even the residents stopped me on my self tour to tell me how satisfied they are. I was very impressed after visiting many other sub par properties in the area.

We truly would have never left this apartment building if we hadn’t needed to relocate. The amenities are amazing and incredibly easy to use, and compared to other buildings in the area, we genuinely got the most bang for our buck. So much value for such an affordable price. Beyond that, the sense of community was wonderful—kind, positive, and welcoming. The community managers and maintenance technicians were always on top of their game. Not only were they friendly and approachable, but they were also extremely efficient, and it was clear they took real pride in the environment they created. We will always recommend this building to anyone looking to live in the area. It truly felt like home.

Oh boy, where do I start? When I first moved in, I was very satisfied with the complex. It all went downhill from there. Residents’ only option for disposing of garbage is the chute/compactor. When the compactor broke, there was no recourse provided for days and days because there is no dumpster on the property. You just…have to keep the garbage in your room, I guess? Eventually it dragged on long enough for them to “consider” rolling in a temporary dumpster. The compactor also occasionally breaks, which is an unpleasant surprise when you have to walk across the building to empty your trash and then haul it back. The front elevators were out of commission for - no exaggeration - weeks at a time. I live on the top floor nearest this elevator so I had to either take the stairs or navigate

The James is a wonderful community. The staff is super professional and the people living here are extremely friendly. I just moved in a week ago and feel very welcomed. The apartments are gorgeous and the amenities are superb. I love the high standards and the high expectations. I am so glad to be living here and to be part of this community. The James is top notch luxury.

Lived here on a short-term lease (7 months). The front office was always helpful and my fiancée and I really enjoyed living here. Quiet, tucked away apartments but close to the highway which made commuting super easy.
