The one place to go where they will keep you're deposit and never give you the keys to your apartment. Good luck contacting them they won't answer or make excuses, claiming the person that can help is not available. That's theft or is it a con ?

Horrible! DO NOT LIVE HERE! They pull you in with all these promises that they never follow through on. My fridge broke twice and all my food was ruined, they wouldn't reimburse me. They charged me for having a cat even though I repeatedly told them I don't have a cat anymore. They didn't finish the building in time so we moved in with no water, and the lobby looked like a Saw movie! They don't tell you when they are going to come in you apartment (they have walked in on me in the shower). The apartment wasn't finished so the floors are the original floors which is whatever (they are covered in scratches and paint - I had to wear socks to avoid getting splinters) and they had the nerve to charge me to fix the floors.
