Geneva House

Geneva house is apparently under new management as of very recent. While dropping off our grandmother back to her apartment during a storm, the dumpster blew into our car and broke a window while I was inside with our baby. It was at night and my grandmother had mentioned right before it blew that it shouldn't be there, and she guessed it didn't get collected. The front desk said we would be compensated for damages, yet I have been leaving messages for over a month and have yet to hear back from anyone. While our grandmother enjoys living there, it is disappointing that management is not holding up to their promises of compensating us for damages.

It's clean and convenient. They have a good parking lot but it's a gathering place for homeless.

Visited family member who recently moved in. Loved what I saw. Apt was very spacious. Complex very well kept. 👍👍👍
