Very positive experience at Shorten Homes. Just finished and moved in last month.Everyone that works there was so helpful throughout the process of picking our home, set- up and finishing, I honestly do not have any negative feedback for them. The crews that work for them on-site also were exceptional/impressive at what they do and were friendly, helpful and did a great job. Any questions that came up, were answered within minutes. We were never ignored or had to wait for answers.The quality of our home is solid- extremely happy with the way everything came together. Great teamwork with all involved. Thank you! Having just closed on our brand new Shorten Home, we feel the need to give an honest and heartfelt review. We are absolutely in love with our home and property. The quality is incredible. So many beautiful touches all around the home. Modular homes are built and transported with great care. You can see it yourself. But this fact was also confirmed by our home inspector who was equally impressed. As a spec home, we luckily came across it at the tail end of the process. Many choices were already made and they were perfect. We were able to make a few choices of our own for the last few items and we appreciated the gesture. We’ve been in our Shorten home for a little over a year now and everything has been fantastic from the very first (of many) emails with Jamie to present. When I say “many emails” that’s not a bad thing. Obviously, with a new home build there will be a ton of questions and Jamie was quick to reply and help out on every one. We’re not the best decision making couple so we had a number of visits up to the showroom before we finalized. Every time we’d pop in, Jamie and the rest of the Shorten family made us feel welcome. Start to finish, Shorten gets the thumbs up from us!! Sidenote* we chose thee best exterior color combo ever to be done. I've had a great experience working with Shorten. The process of building a home can feel overwhelming but they made it easy step by step. Working with Jamie has been great. He's made a point to keep me in the loop of what's happening and if you need to get in touch with him he answers immediately and makes sure we are taken care of it. Any concern we expressed has been handled in a timely manner. They have over delivered from a service standpoint. All the workers he has have been friendly, thorough and prompt. Highly recommend them! We are thrilled to have our brand new home the way we want it
