Tom and Linda made this community feel like home from the tour alone. They were responsive during the application process, kept us updated, and made move-in day smooth. They were incredibly patient, always taking the time to answer our questions without making us feel rushed, and their great sense of humor made the whole process genuinely enjoyable. Our apartment is quiet, well-kept, and exactly what we were hoping for. We really appreciate how supportive they’ve been.

I lived here from late 2022 to early 2023. At the time that I was there, I really don’t recall many issues. Had a mouse once; when I reported it they sent a man out right away and he set the traps, but they didn’t catch anything and I never saw it again (both of which I was glad about). The building I was in had the laundry on nearly the lowest level - each individual building has their own laundry machines. There were 1 or 2 in the one I was in, but it wasn’t a huge struggle for me to find the time to do my laundry (YMMV). You had to go to the main building and load money on the laundry card ahead of time - cash or card, and I think it was a minimum of $5. I just want to take a moment to shout out Isaiah, the maintenance man at my apartment complex. He is always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever there’s an issue. Whether it’s something small or more urgent, Isaiah handles everything efficiently and with a positive attitude. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it makes a big difference in the comfort and quality of living here. It’s such a relief knowing someone reliable like Isaiah is around to keep things running smoothly. Thank you, Isaiah, for all you do!

Always remember - you get what you pay for. Summit Pointe is average - a bit on the older side but functional. Wish laundry hours were established - people like to keep the washer/dryer going at all hours of the NIGHT - kind of annoying always having to hear that humming and rumbling. You will always know where your upstairs neighbor is because the floorboards are SOOO creaky. You'll also be able to hear your neighbor snoring, walking back and forth and back and forth throughout their place, and even blowing their nose! Office staff is very nice and tries to be as accommodating as possible. Disappointing that the property seems to be in Dickson City but it's classified as Scranton so we have to pay Scranton payroll taxes and not see anything beneficial on that. Maintenance person (M

We've been here a little over 2 months now. It's a nice place. Linda and Tom are wonderful. So is Jamie. Would love it if there was a way to report issues outside of office hours and not have such a long wait time, but otherwise, it's a clean, fairly quiet, and comfortable place to live. Definitely recommend top floors- because the neighbors can be noisy. Laundry rooms are convenient and clean, but the laundry room etiquette leaves much to be desired.
