We’ve been providing Parasole Property Management with routine lawn maintenance and other services for their large list of rental properties for the past three years. They are excellent with communication, always keeping us informed of any changes, issues, or requests for additional work. I have been a tenant for 3 years this October. The move in process was easy and had great communication with the office. Anytime I needed anything fixed they came promptly. Only moving out because a friend offered me a place.

Fire next door to my apt, damage done to the walls and doors to my apartment. The response time to fix these issues was more than I can ask for. I am able to move back in days rather than weeks. I am a tenant at one of the properties managed by Parasole. I’ve had nothing but attentiveness and fast responses! My move in process was easy and they made sure damages from last tenants were corrected before my move in. I have no complaints and I am so happy here! I actually had the property management owner come to check out a problem himself and he was great! Really nice down to earth guy! All the guys that helped get things together here were awesome.
