The staff is really friendly & maintenance attendants to work orders as fast as they can. They do their best to get everything taken care of. The price is really affordable compared to other places at the moment. Only leaving 4 stars because not all other attendances pick up after their pets like they should! Office really needs to come up with a plan to help keep there attendances to be more accountable for it. And catch the ones that aren’t & fine them. 🤬 which is very frustrating. I pick up after my two little dogs. So other don’t step there messes by mistake but now I gotten consistent watch not step in other people dog messes. Only solution that I can think of is to start hiring people to clean the property when needed once a month & charge every attend that owns dogs $40 for cle

Walking around the property you cant help but to like the esthetic and the how neat it is . LUIS ESCOBAR one of the best workers in there that I see helping the property maintain such a cleanliness and organizing feel to it . He picks up the trash every morning and does it in a joyful matter . He is example to his other coworkers and is a role model to follow . He may not say he is the best but his action speak for themselves . He devoted Make Ready and he is efficient and his work is always up to the company standards .

Service responses are processed rapidly and professionally. Karwan is great. He is always eager to assist and help us. His friendly and outgoing personality is an excellent asset to your maintenance team.

Karwan was really good at helping me with my problems and fixed it really fast. Answered quickly and was very nice with me as well as being polite. Awesome guy if you ever need help with plumbing!!

This is my second review of this place as I cannot fit everything this property management company has failed to resolve into one review. I was in unit 1007 and had a terrible flooding issue every single day that S2 Residential refused to address forcing me to move out so they could fix the drain pipe causing the issue, that I warned them about for well over TWO MONTHS. I moved into unit 1029 and there is another water leak that I have to deal with because their maintenance team is trash. They came in, saw that my washer had a small bead of water running down it and said it was my washer. Zero troubleshooting, nothing. So when I got home from work the next day I did my own troubleshooting. I disconnected the water hoses from their water inlet and found that the spicket was steadily dripp
