The Highlands at Wynhaven Apartments

I had a wonderful experience with Raina. Raina stayed with me the whole time on the way to my tours and made sure I was at the right place to tour also stayed on the phone with me to make sure I was inside the unit. She called me on every unit I arrived at. Her customer service was excellent and very welcoming. I would recommend talking to her if you’re looking to move to Highland at Wynhaven or their Sister companies. Thanks Raina🙏😊

It’s a 3 star. Wynnhaven Apartments can be draining when paying rent there. Particularly, just be free from spending time with other people and uncertain maintenance. You don’t have to socialize all the time with the neighborhood. The apartments on the inside is good, but I felt only the rent was not good enough for a small opportunity. (Staff members can hide arrogance from you, so make sure you arrange from it.) It’s something that doesn’t happen after you have second thoughts 💭 and opinions. STAY FREE! ~ Su’Nearthia

Moved into a townhome and we are appalled by the state the home was handed to us. Washer/Dryer, Stove, Oven are extremely dirty. There is a strong stench emenating from the stove. Oven interiors, cabinet racks in the pantry are rusted making it hazardous to cook and store food. Carpets and the bathrooms are uncleaned and there is hair, dust everywhere. It has been 2 days since we moved in and we already regret our decision choosing Highlands at Wynhaven.

Car prowlers are a HUGE problem here. You're wasting money paying to park here! Park out on Park Drive for free. At least you won't be paying to let your car get broken in to there. If they're making you pay extra money to park in their garage you're WASTING YOUR MONEY! Might as well park outside. Twice my car has been broken in to as well as my neighbors car. Management claims zero responsibility and just says well keep valuables out of your car and that their "security" patrols the area. Side note, they dont. The "security" speeds through the complex once a day and calls it good. Management here is useless!

When I moved into the townhome the place had obviously not been cleaned, it absolutely reeked, there were multiple stains on the carpets, the fridge and stove top had many scratches an gouges in the surface. All the cupboards were damaged or discolored. It was very obvious that repairs are done on the cheap, these looked like they were 30+ years old. LOL hope you don't mind waiting 5 minutes for your water to get hot. The walls are paper thin, you will here your neighbors conversations and god forbid if they have kids, you can file noise complaints all you want, but nothing will be done. They've had theft/car prowling problems when I left, and the community team had the gaul to say that they were not responsible for anything, and basically "deal with it". They claim they have securit
