The Henry at Lake Houston

I've had a great experience living here so far. Ana and Tania have been very helpful since day one. They’re always polite, professional, and easy to talk to. Anytime I go to the leasing office with a question or need help, they take the time to assist and make sure everything gets resolved. I’ve been here for about two months now and the service has been consistently great. Really appreciate their positive attitude and the way they take care of residents.

I recently visited the property to tour an apartment and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The office staff truly exceeded my expectations, especially the leasing agent, Ana, and the property manager, Lauren. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the community. During my visit, I shared that an unexpected issue had come up with the apartment complex I was in the process of moving from. I'm truly blessed to be living at the Henry! Since moving in September, I took time to fully absorb the experience. I can confidently say the ladies in the office are exceptional, maintenance is highly professional and courteous. The neighbors are warm and welcoming, and the complex is impressively clean. The only area for growth I've noticed is that the walls are thin, occasionally allowing me to piece together neighbors' conversations. Yet, I've grown accustomed to it and no longer notice.

We had a great experience touring The Henry at Lake Houston. We toured on 2 different occasions, and the property is beautiful, well maintained, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Ana was our leasing agent and she was absolutely amazing super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while showing us around.
