Negative stars should be an option. This is the worst place I have lived in almost fifty years on the planet. The staff and management here have zero empathy or concern regardless of what their follow up messages state. THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN RELY ON: Loud neighbors - Thin ceilings and floors - Vehicle break ins- Gunshots - Trash filled dumpsters - Filthy Halls - Broken gym equipment - Dog feces - Broken elevators - Non residents at the pool with loud music and foul language - Black sludge in your toilets and sinks - Speeding in the parking lot - Pool closures - Disappearing package deliveries - The constant smell of drugs -

Zero stars: Complex is disgusting. Dirty pool, dirty elevators dirty grounds not safe at all. Dog poop everywhere mold in apartments cockroaches walking around the complex and elevators. Management is nasty mean don’t care about residents only rent so be aware. She can’t keep workers in the office and the one that’s there with her is because she has the same nasty attitude. Everybody moves out they have squatters in empty apartments and know because they live in them for months. People have garages that don’t live there and sell stuff out of them and management knows that as well. Trailer’s parked from outsiders and she knows that as well. Dog park disgusting never clean, dirty grills and car break ins daily as well as shooting around the neighborhood. People getting stuck in the elevator

Whatever they quote as rent- expect an extra $300-350 of monthly fees. Welcome to luxury! When your ceiling fan is shaking and it sounds like your ceiling is coming down- you will be told to call the police bc this is a noise ordinance violation and not a management issue. And when the app “acts” up & withdrawals hundreds of dollars too much- that’s an app issue, not a management issue. And when black mold in every hose and pipe is falling into your child’s bath water, onto your toothbrush, and growing inside the toilet bowl and washing machine- that’s a water quality issue, not a management issue. Cars damaged with broken windows in their parking lot- that’s a rising crime issue, not a management issue. Packages being left on floor and with constant theft- that’s an FedEx issue, not a man

I’ve been a resident at The Haven at Regent Park for a little over two years, and my experience has been wonderful. I must say, the current maintenance team is the best we’ve had! I want to take a moment to sincerely appreciate Sam and the team for their hard work and dedication. They are incredibly prompt, professional, and courteous, always ensuring that any concerns are addressed efficiently and with the highest level of care. If you're looking for a new home, I highly recommend The Haven at Regent Park—it’s a fantastic place to live! The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and situated in a highly convenient location. The community is peaceful, making it a truly enjoyable place to call home.

This is my second time living here and overall I really love my experiences here. However, I’ve been being harassed by my downstairs neighbor regarding the amount of noise that my baby makes. My child should be allowed to play in the apartment that we pay for. He’s not making unnecessary noise. He’s crawling, playing, and he occasionally falls. Mind you all of this has occurred during the day. Last week, he waited until I exited my apartment to run up the stairs yelling and swearing at me while I was holding my baby. This is simply not acceptable. I feel very unsafe living in my apartment. I approached the leasing office about an emergency transfer. Instead of allowing us to transfer, they allowed the other people to transfer at the end of their lease and told us we had to pay $700 to tran
