The Greens at Fort Mill

Update: 2/9/2026 The best thing about this property is the ability to be in downtown. Indeed, management has some hiccups to work out, but overall this is a great place to live.

Kristina was amazing—she really understood our needs and helped us find the perfect apartment. The community is clean, secure, and in a great location near downtown Fort Mill. Very responsive staff and prompt maintenance. Highly recommend!

I have had the ultimate experience here at the Greens. The apartment manager, Rosetta is AMAZING. With my busy schedule she was able to handle all of questions and concerns even if it was not during normal business hours. These are the cleanest apartments in Fort Mill and cannot brag about them enough. Great location, uptown charlotte is only a 15 minute drive but there's also great accommodations around a 1.5 mile radius of the building. Does your apartment manager greet you with a genuine smile every day? Move to the greens! You will not be disappointed. 😊

Just recently moved in here and have nothing but good things to say! Apartment is updated, spacious, and quiet. Walking distance to downtown, and a short drive to the green way (membership included) Nice open dog park a few steps away! Alyssa in the office is extremely helpful and made the move-in process a breeze!

I love the Greens at Fort Mill!!! The front office is very nice, especially Rosetta she is so friendly and helpful. The amenities are great with having a free coffee bar and a gym plus a nice dog park. It is also very nice and convenient to walk to restaurants and be so close to the park and interstate. I love that we have social gatherings to meet our neighbors!! My husband kids and I love that we have a HOME at the Greens at Fort Mill
